The 19th-century Finca is located in the heart of a 12-hectare nature reserve with olive and citrus groves, saffron plantation, jungle, lush gardens, just 4 km from Ibiza town. Enjoy your dinner, surrounded by Mediterranean opulent nature, in our restaurant or our long table in the olive grove. Dine under the stars and the garland light with the most pleasant setup of the island.

Enjoy a welcoming aperitif in our ethnic decorated restaurant and a tasty dinner at our long table in the olive grove. Marina de la Fuente, our chef, designed a very special menu for the Midsummer night’s feast. All our ingredients are organic. 

Most of them come from our vegetable garden and fruit trees.

MEET OUR CHEF MARINA

My name is Marina de la Fuente. I have participated in several cooking competitions, and in 2014 I won first prize in the Promises of Haute Cuisine Award competition at Le Cordon Bleu. That was my entry point to work and train with the best professionals in different restaurants around the world: Switzerland, Singapore and for the last 5 years in Ibiza.

I cook with original recipes, flavours from all over the world and add a pinch of myself to each dish, all of which shapes my vision of cuisine today: the best ingredients in good surroundings with love and passion.
