The 19th-century Finca is located in the heart of a 12-hectare nature reserve with olive and citrus groves, saffron plantation, jungle, lush gardens, just 4 km from Ibiza town. Enjoy your dinner, surrounded by Mediterranean opulent nature, in our restaurant or our long table in the olive grove. Dine under the stars and the garland light with the most pleasant setup of the island.

Enjoy a welcoming aperitif in our ethnic decorated restaurant and a tasty dinner at our long table in the olive grove. Benjamin Croquet, our chef, designed a very special menu for the Midsummer night’s feast. All our ingredients are organic. 

Most of them come from our vegetable garden and fruit trees.

MEET OUR CHEF BENJAMIN

The Chef Benjamin Croquet is born and raised in France is an all-round chef and has been working as a private chef for years in the most beautiful villas in Ibiza.


During his long travels around the world, he discovered and developed his passion for cooking. In about 23 years he studied, discovered, created and perfected the art of preparing food.


Passed through Montecarlo’s finest restaurants . London 5*Hotel Berkeley for 3* Michelin Chef Pierre Koffman to the most precious Ibiza’s restaurants & privates villas …


He feels most at home in the Modern Fusion Cuisine, a style of cooking that combines elements of different styles, traditions and cooking techniques; French, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Peruvian, Lebanese and Asian & Sushi.
