Today the grove still feeds the finca: bottled by hand, set at each place for the evening. This is what agrotourism means here. The land works through the seasons, and what it gives ends up on the table, beside the bread and the wine. Olive trees, saffron fields that grow a little larger every year, and a long table in between.
