Terms and Conditions: Check in: 3pm, Check out: 12am. There will be additional charge at 50% of your room rate for late check out till 6pm, only on request and if the room is available. A 50-euros + 10% VAT supplement will be asked for Check in after 10.30pm. With the aim of favoring the peace of the place for our hosts, the children are not accepted before 16 years old except during one or two “children’s” weeks at the end of July or beginning of August. One extra additional single bed available only in 2 Best rooms. No pets allowed. The reservations are confirmed and guaranteed by the payment of deposit equivalent to 50 % of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid 20 days prior to your check-in date. Eco tax & extras will be paid on the check out by cash or credit card (We do not currently accept AMEX, as our bank REVOLUT does not yet have a partnership in the Balearic Islands). PURE HOUSE Ibiza requires a minimum stay of 4 nights, if booking is made more than 2 weeks in advance, when our schedule allows us we can reduce and a minimum stay of 2 nights for last minute reservations. PURE HOUSE Ibiza is a private establishment and does not accept any outside visitors without notifying reception in order to preserve the privacy of all guests and the security of the premises. You are kindly asked to carefully review the informations below. This confirmation is the legal proof of your booking, it certificates the information below : dates, name, rates and choice of room, confirmation of stay make faith in case of confusion (dates, rate, type of room) 

Contact us by e-mail if you need to change the dates of your stay, we’ll do our best to welcome you ; we’ll reserve the right to cancel your reservation in case it doesn’t suit with our schedule.

Conditions of cancellation: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us by email only at booking@blisspurehouseibiza.com. When a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be returned however Pure House Ibiza will keep 50€ of bank and cancellation fees. In case of a cancellation within 30 days or less before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit is not refundable. In case of a cancellation within 15 days or less before the arrival date or in case of leaving before the booked checkout date, the booked stay will be charged in full. Special deals and offers have to be paid in full upon booking, cannot be modified and are not refundable. PURE HOUSE Ibiza reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation, if  you (the client) decide to change the dates of your stay and if it doesn’t suit with our schedule. This terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed.

COVID 19: THERE IS NO SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION FOR COVID-19:  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF BORDERS CLOSURE OR FLIGHT CANCELLATION, SO WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CONTRACT A TRAVEL INSURANCE.
